Operating exclusively under the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework for clients outside of Panama and Spain.

Trust & Transactional Integrity

Our Commerce Standard: Secure Payment Tunneling

We do not store, see, or touch your customers’ sensitive financial data. Our architecture utilizes Secure Payment Tunneling, where credit card information is vaulted directly by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe/PayPal) via encrypted API handshakes. Open IT Global acts as the Technical Processor, engineering the “pipes” while you maintain 100% ownership of the merchant relationship and data.

Strategic Execution: Consulting Hour Packages

We provide elite, remote expertise that spans technical advisory and direct system configuration. We go beyond reports—we execute the coding, scripting, and LQA required for flawless performance in complex enterprise environments.

Our Four Pillars of Service

  • Pillar 1: Strategic Guidance & Advisory – Defining the process roadmap, content lifecycle audits, and localization engineering strategies.
  • Pillar 2: Hands-On Configuration & Customization – Direct system execution, custom scripting, and workflow implementation to support global content lifecycles.
  • Pillar 3: Elite Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA) – In-context testing of live UIs in Spanish, English, and Italian to eliminate high-cost defects before release.
  • Pillar 4: Technical Content Authorship – Creating engineering-grade SOPs and manuals that align with your configured environment.
All engagements are governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework. While hourly tasks are deducted directly from your consulting balance, Implementation Modules and complex projects utilize Exhibit A: Technical Definitions of Done (annexed to the Consulting Service Agreement (CSA) or a formal Statement of Work (SOW). These documents define the essential Technical Prerequisites, specific milestones, and the 7-business-day technical review window required before final project closure.

Fixed-Scope Implementation Modules
Rapid Storefront Deployment

Deploy robust, high-performance infrastructure with guaranteed outcomes. Our engineering sprints provide a fixed-price “Definition of Done” for global commerce. All Implementation Modules are governed by the standardized deployment benchmarks set forth in Exhibit A: Technical Definitions of Done (annexed to the Consulting Service Agreement (CSA)).

  • Core Commerce Implementation: $3,000 Foundation (WordPress + SureCart + Secure Tunneling).
  • Compliance Architecture Framework: Engineering of mandatory legal navigation nodes.
  • Sales Momentum Bundle: Technical implementation of AOV (Average Order Value) logic.
  • Subscription Tier Engineering: Advanced recurring revenue and prorating logic.

Instant Standardization: Expert Digital Products

Access the proprietary methodologies used by our senior consultants, packaged into powerful, instant-download digital products. Perfect for accelerating internal projects and training your team.

  • System Blueprints: Professional Windchill deployment and configuration guides.
  • Automation Toolkits: Python Win32 API and Virtualization setup guides for secure testing.
  • Instant Delivery: All assets are delivered via the secure Client Dashboard with a 10-day activation window.
  • Limited B2B License: All technical assets are provided for internal business use under a perpetual, non-exclusive license as defined in our Digital Product Agreement (DPA). All sales are final; assets are provided ‘as-is’ to ensure immediate engineering-grade standardization.

The Open IT Global Advantage:

Why Perfection Matters

In complex enterprise environments, errors aren’t just cosmetic—they cost time, drain budgets, and erode user trust. Open IT Global solves the unique challenges where technical accuracy meets linguistic compliance through three core advantages:

  • 15+ Years of Engineering Scrutiny: Every script we write and every guide we sell is built to enterprise-grade standards (Windchill, Salesforce, Oracle).
  • Integrated Trilingual Precision: Elite competence in Spanish, English, and Italian is built directly into every configuration and line of code.
  • Global Remote Efficiency: 100% remote operations eliminate travel overhead and provide instant scalability to your team anywhere in the world.
  • Strategic Panama Export Hub & ICC: Operating under the commercial code of the Republic of Panama, we provide streamlined B2B export services. Every engagement is backed by our Initial Contact Commitment (ICC), guaranteeing a professional response within one (1) business day.

How We Engage
The Roadmap to Done

  1. Technical Discovery Session: The mandatory architectural deep-dive to audit your current environment, verify system compatibility, and map your technical requirements.
  2. Module Selection or Project Scoping: Choosing between our Fixed-Scope Implementation Modules (for rapid commerce deployment) or a custom hourly roadmap for complex PLM/ERP configuration tasks.
  3. Executable SOW / Technical Exhibit: Defining the specific “Definition of Done” and essential technical prerequisites (e.g., Hostinger readiness, API access) via Exhibit A: Technical Definitions of Done or a formal Statement of Work (SOW).
  4. 7-Day Technical Review: A formal verification window for implementation modules to ensure logic and transaction integrity before final Credential Revocation and project closure.
Deliverable Acceptance: All work is verified against the defined Definition of Done. Per our Consulting Service Agreement (CSA), consulting tasks are subject to a 5-business-day verification window, while Implementation Modules utilize a 7-business-day Technical Review Period prior to final project closure and Deemed Acceptance.
