All engagements are governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework. While hourly tasks are deducted directly from your consulting balance, Implementation Modules and complex projects utilize Exhibit A: Technical Definitions of Done (annexed to the Consulting Service Agreement (CSA) or a formal Statement of Work (SOW). These documents define the essential Technical Prerequisites, specific milestones, and the 7-business-day technical review window required before final project closure.

Deliverable Acceptance: All work is verified against the defined Definition of Done. Per our Consulting Service Agreement (CSA), consulting tasks are subject to a 5-business-day verification window, while Implementation Modules utilize a 7-business-day Technical Review Period prior to final project closure and Deemed Acceptance.
